Monday, May 17, 2010 Jessica G.

I really hate when I’m at the store and I buy cool discount cell phone accessories, only to find that when I get home, they don’t work for my phone. It’s so frustrating! You’d think that since you have a Motorola phone that all Motorola Bluetooth headsets would work with your model, but that would be too easy.

Tired of spending money on items that didn’t even work for my phone, I took my frustrations online. I figured that there had to be a place where I could get not just any discount cell phone accessories, but the right discount cell phone accessories—some that I could actually use. Well for a while, every site I found was a huge letdown. That was until I stumbled upon ShopCell.com.

I was first impressed by how the site was so easy to navigate. I just clicked on the link for Motorola cell phone accessories, and was taken to a page of Motorola phone photos with their names, so picking out my model was a snap. After I chose my model, all of the accessories made for that phone were laid out on one page. So I didn’t have to worry about sorting through unrelated and useless items. I am never shopping anywhere but ShopCell.com for discount cell phone accessories.

New iPhone Lost in the Wild!

Word round the campfire is that a new iPhone has leaked. Found in a San Jose bar, this new iPhone was first thought to be a fake, but when it was confirmed that the phone is in fact capable of working, and that Apple has recently reported a lost iPhone prototype, a flurry of blogs and information has sprouted about it.

Discount cell phone accessories will still work for it, but you won’t need many. This puppy has a flash camera that has 960 megapixels, more than twice the amount the current iPhone has. It’s slick ceramic back has none of the curves and bubbles of the iPhone 3GS, instead favoring a more industrial look. It has a secondary mic, near the headphone jack for noise cancellation, which means that Motorola Bluetooth headsets will work even better than before. It has front facing video chat. And with a 16% larger battery, you won’t need cell phone car accessories like car chargers. In fact, you probably you need any cell phone car accessories at all, except Motorola Bluetooth headsets - you can’t hold the phone and drive at the same time, that’s just not safe.

Since it’s too early for the 2011 prototype, it’s likely that this phone will be released this year, so check it out to know what your upgrade will be like.

Car Cell Phones: The Past and the Future

Remember those silly earbuds that attached to our phones and allowed us to speak hands free? They even had a clip on the wire to attach to our clothing so that the earbud wouldn’t fall out. Of course the other option was to use the speakerphone, but it’s so difficult to hear the voice of the person speaking because of all the ambient noise muffling what’s being said. And even better, remember the car phone? Those coils in the wire that always knotted and tangled. Yea, those were pretty sweet, I guess. It’s amazing to think about how technology has advanced in just ten or fifteen years. Today cell phone car accessories are cheaper and more practical.

Thank goodness for Motorola Bluetooth headsets. With no wires in our way, and super clear sound, convenience and clarity has never been so accessible. Now when I want to make a call in my car, it’s hands free, which is safer, and the sound is pristine. I can’t even imagine what life was like in the 90’s, without Motorola Bluetooth headsets or cell phone car accessories. I just count my lucky stars for all of the technological improvement recently. It makes me excited for the future!

The Wonders of the Cell

You know how it feels. Your ringtone goes off, a song that you used to like to listen to, but now means so much more than it ever did. You nod your head to it in a way that reminds you of all of the people you know and of how popular you are. This also allows you to calm the momentary excitement and jump of hope that it might be someone who you haven’t talked to for a while. Anyway, you scramble to take out your phone and look at who’s calling. Depending on who it is, you can either wait for a few rings to make them understand just how cool you are, or if you don’t care, you can just answer it.

If you’re driving in your car and you have one or two Motorola Bluetooth headsets, you can keep your hands on the wheel as you answer the phone and talk to whoever it is. Bluetooth car kits make life much easier, and if you have cell phone car accessories like a car charger you don’t even have to worry about how much you talk.

Talking on the phone helps you stay in touch with your loved ones. No matter whether you’re using Motorola Bluetooth headsets or not, cell phones sure are great.

In Traffic, Discounted Bluetooth Headsets Keep Me Sane

Thursday, April 1, 2010 Ajax Union Blogging

It’s a long commute for me on the highway, especially when I’m stuck in traffic – which is almost every day – it can take up to an hour and a half to get home. Rather than just sit and stew about how long the drive is, and how I wish I had a better job and a shorter commute, it’s much easier to vent to someone, a friend, a lover, my mom. But if I’ve forgotten to recharge my phone, which I fairly often do, then I’m flat out of luck.

So I decided to make some investments – cell phone car accessories like discounted Bluetooth headsets and a car charger – to make my life easier. I’m a good driver but there’s something about having only one hand on the wheel while talking on the phone that makes me uneasy. My Bluetooth eases my worry by allowing me to keep both hands on the wheel and not get distracted enough to take my eyes off the road.

Now that I’m set with my cell phone car accessories, I can talk to all the people I love, and besides them helping me to feel better, knowing that I’m staying close to them keeps me sane and happy.

Talk and drive with Bluetooth car kits

I love driving and I love talking on my cell phone. But for some reason, for longest time I resisted Bluetooth car kits. I just put up with not being able to pick up the phone while I was driving, and pulling over to check or send a text message became a fact of life.

Recently, my friend made me realize that I was living in the dark ages. “You MUST go Bluetooth!” she urged me. “Everyone else has!” So, rather reluctantly, I started looking for Bluetooth car kits on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they weren’t nearly as expensive as I thought – I guessed they would cost around $200, but there were plenty of discounted Bluetooth headsets on sale for less than $100!

After lots of debating about styles and even colors, I purchased a stylish Jawbone Prime Bluetooth Headset in red. It’s AMAZING! It pretty much eliminates all background noise which means I don’t have to yell just so the person on the other end of the line can hear me. Apparently, there’s some voice sensor that has a way of identifying and isolating your speech! Pretty cool stuff.

I am now the biggest Bluetooth fan. They really are a great safety investment – no more being tempted to avert your eyes from the road to look at your cell phone or having to pull over on the highway. Can’t wait to jump in my car and call one of my friends!

Get the most out of your smartphone with discount cellphone accessories

I’m a self-confessed cell phone addict. A couple years ago, I invested in my very first Blackberry smartphone, and I’ve never looked back. I’m not sure how people still get around these with regular cell phones that don’t allow you to browse the web.

I recently bought a Blackberry Curve 8300 and I really couldn’t live without it. It does everything I want it to do. I’m hopeless at filing and keeping track of bits of paper, so I love the memo pad which I can use to jot down notes when I’m out and about. The calculator application is awesome too; my calculator died a while ago, so I figure out all my bills on my phone.

The phone camera is also awesome – I love how clear the digital images come out, and I’ve saved money by not having to buy a digital camera on top of a phone. And of course, I love being able to Google anything in an instant and check my email wherever I am. I’m a grad student now and I check my email constantly so I can be the first one to respond when casual jobs going at school are emailed to everyone – I scored a $25 an hour all-day gig last week because I was the first one to respond!

And talk about all the discount cell phone accessories! Man, it seems like there's always a new cool gadget to buy, from wireless Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth car kits, sleek leather cases, my phone just gets better and better.

Oh yeah, and finally the games. I’ve downloaded a ton of them to my Blackberry, and they keep me occupied on the train. CaveMan, Pac-Man, BubblePopper, Space Invaders – and of course, Tetris!
